1. Who is responsible

Temiz CPA PLLC, a Texas professional limited liability company doing business as US-TX Formation is responsible for the information collected through ustxformation.com and our order and formation forms.

2. What we collect

• When you order: your name, email, phone, country, any company name or note you add, and the billing address you give Stripe.
• In the formation form: company details, owners and managers, their addresses and identification documents such as passports.
• Payment: Stripe processes your card. We receive the payment confirmation and billing address, never your full card number.
• When you contact us: the content of your calls, messages and emails.

3. Why we use it

• To form your company, obtain your EIN and provide the services you ordered.
• To verify identity and screen against U.S. sanctions lists.
• To meet our legal and professional record-keeping obligations as a CPA firm.
• To send you invoices, reminders and notices about your company.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

• Government agencies, as your order requires: the Texas Secretary of State, the Texas Comptroller and the IRS.
• Service providers bound by confidentiality and security obligations: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website and order system), Google Analytics (website statistics, without your name or contact details), Google Workspace (email and secure document storage), Intuit (accounting and tax software) and Anthropic's Claude AI assistant.
• Anyone else only with your permission or when the law requires it.

Full identification and account numbers are never entered into AI tools, and you may ask us not to use AI tools on your engagement.

5. Cookies and website statistics

This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages and order steps people use, so we can improve them. Google Analytics sets its own cookies. We do not send it your name, email, address or payment details, and we do not use advertising cookies. You can block these cookies in your browser without affecting your order. Stripe sets the cookies it needs on its own payment page to process your payment and prevent fraud.

6. How long we keep it

We keep client records for as long as our professional and legal record-keeping rules require, and then delete them. Order information for orders that were never paid is deleted within 90 days.

7. Security

Our sites use encrypted connections. Documents are stored in access-controlled systems and identification numbers are masked in our working records. No system is perfectly secure; we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your information.

8. Your choices

You may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Some records must be kept by law, and we will tell you if that applies.
